The Role:

A private family in Orange County is seeking a warm, highly experienced, and professionally trained Nanny to provide exceptional, development-focused care for their 3-year-old son. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care while managing the child’s daily routines and schedule.

• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational, developmental, and play-based activities.

• Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities.

• Prepare simple meals and snacks and maintain a safe, organized environment for the child.

• Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the child’s daily activities, development, and milestones.

• Maintain a positive, structured, and loving environment that supports the child’s growth and independence.

Requirements:

• Professional experience working with toddlers and young children.

• Formal training or professional background in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional childcare experience preferred.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Excellent references and a clean background check.

• Warm, patient, energetic, dependable, and highly responsible.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with the family.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Location: Orange County, California
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
